1. How can I return an order?

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to ‘My Orders.’
  • Select the item you wish to return and initiate a return request.
  • Pack the item securely and hand it over to our pickup agent.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.

2. What is the return eligibility and time period?

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. It's vital to ensure the anti-wardrobing sticker or tag remains untouched. If this sticker or tag has been removed, the item will not qualify for a return.
  • Certain items, such as innerwear and personalized products, are non-returnable.
  • Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

3.Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we offer COD for select pin codes. However, COD orders are subject to the following conditions:

  • COD is only available for orders below INR 5,000.
  • A nominal COD handling charge may apply.
  • Customers must make full payment at the time of delivery.
