We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. Whether it’s a size issue or just not what you expected, we’re here to make returns and exchanges as simple and stress-free as possible. Here’s everything you need to know:
1. Return & Exchange Window:
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, no worries—you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To make it easier for you, we offer free doorstep pickup.
- For exchanges, we’ll first arrange a pickup of the original item. Once we receive it, your replacement will be on its way—subject to availability.
2. Product Conditions:
We kindly ask that:
- Please ensure that the items are unused condition, returned in their original packaging, and have all tags securely attached.
- Most importantly, the anti-wardrobing sticker or tag must be untouched. If it’s removed or tampered, we won’t be able to process the return.
Please note: All returned products are subject to a mandatory quality check upon arrival at our facility. Items failing to meet return standards may be rejected.
3. Refunds for Prepaid Orders:
If you paid online, your refund will go right back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, once we receive and check the returned item.
4. Refunds for COD Orders:
Paid with Cash on Delivery? No problem!
- You’ll just need to provide your UPI ID or bank account details when starting the return.
- Once the pickup is completed, we’ll transfer the refund directly to your provided account.
5. Store Credit Orders:
If you used store credit, your refund will be returned to your store credit balance—ready for your next purchase!
6. Shipping Charges:
We want to be transparent: shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.
7. Offers & Order Value Adjustments:
If returning an item brings your total order value below the threshold for an offer (like free shipping on orders over INR 1499), the additional shipping costs or changes in discounts will be adjusted in your final refund.
Please Note: All products are subject to a mandatory Quality Check(QC) inspection. Products that do not meet our established quality standards will not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, if a product is rejected during the QC process, it cannot be resubmitted for review.
Please Note: A processing fee of ₹100 will be applied to each return order. This fee covers handling and logistics associated with the return process.
